Law enforcement now primarily serves the wealthiest .1% of the population (primarily the transnational capitalist class and their corporations) by enforcing the societal class structure. And to a large extent this is now going on globally, which is why we call it the global capitalist police state.
Rules and laws, which had already been carefully written to be completely open to abuse over the past decades, are now being openly abused as tools of oppression. At this point they have become brazen enough that if other laws, like the bill of rights, get in their way, they just ignore them and make up excuses to justify their actions.

This describes our (USA) police force accross all States. Cop Cities with Israel IDF training. Cops convicted of wrongdoing, abuse, manslaughter, the public taxes pays to settle lawsuits NOT the police unions and rogue Cops laid off in one district, become police officers in the next district.
