I hope these criminals calling themselves ICE agents are pepper sprayed in the face at least once a day every day they spend in prison. And that’s still not enough retribution for this sweet child.
Law enforcement now primarily serves the wealthiest .1% of the population (primarily the transnational capitalist class and their corporations) by enforcing the societal class structure. And to a large extent this is now going on globally, which is why we call it the global capitalist police state.
Rules and laws, which had already been carefully written to be completely open to abuse over the past decades, are now being openly abused as tools of oppression. At this point they have become brazen enough that if other laws, like the bill of rights, get in their way, they just ignore them and make up excuses to justify their actions.
I am also a victim of the global capitalist police state myself, and it has to end.
The ICE agent that pepper sprayed a one year old should be arrested, charged and imprisoned. And NEVER allowed to work in any "law enforcement" agency again.
States must be the ones to arrest and charge law breaking ICE thugs In their communities. This eliminates the possibility of a blanket Trump pardon. Holding lawless ICE persons accountable for their crimes is imperative in what is left of America’s democracy.
And remember the big ugly bill has more funding for immigration enforcement than all the police departments in the country. And the Republicans are on board to deport American citizens. What is going on and why isn’t our military defending us against these traitors to America?
